GENERAL TERMS OF SALES

Edenfar-cab.com is a booking platform for passenger transport by chauffeured car in the Oise Department, the Ile-de-France region and to all destinations in France.

All online booking necessarily implies acceptance of the following General Terms of Sale. The online booking of any service on Edenfar-cab.com commits our customers to acceptance of these GTSs, which they agree to have read at the time of booking a chauffeured car on our site.

In accordance with the basic rules of safety, it is forbidden to smoke and to transport toxic, explosive, dangerous, corrosive or flammable substances. In the case of non-compliance with these safety regulations, the customer will be held liable. Edenfar-cab.com further reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action. Furthermore, unless prior arrangements have been explicitly agreed, the presence of animals is forbidden aboard vehicles, and Edenfar-cab.com will therefore admit no liability arising in this connection.

Any online booking on Edenfar-cab.com will be charged in full in the case of cancellation less than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time. Similarly, after a waiting period of twenty minutes without notice,
the booking will be considered to have been cancelled, and hence be charged in full.

Edenfar-cab.com undertakes to do everything in its power to transport its customers to their destination promptly and in complete security. However, any failure to meet travel deadlines due to unexpected traffic problems (diversions, traffic jams, accidents, etc.) will entail no right to compensation of any kind.

Moreover, our chauffeurs are covered by the guarantees underwritten by manifestly solvent insurance companies for all the risks inherent to their occupation, in compliance with the legislation in force.

These insurance contracts accordingly cover civil liability for all personal injury and all direct, material and immaterial damage suffered by the passenger within the maximum limit set by the said insurance contracts in force, to the exclusion of any damage caused as a result of the passenger's liability, between the time of boarding and leaving the vehicle.

The present General Terms of Use are subject to French law. Any dispute concerning the implementation or interpretation of these General Terms of Sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Commerce of Pontoise.
